When should I white balance on a video camera?

I cannot stress enough that you must white balance before changing to a different lighting situation. EVEN IF you are just changing rooms in the same house from room to room.

Lighting in homes, businesses etc can be particularly unique as COLOR TEMPURATURE changes when different light bulbs in a location are used.

Lighting can cause yellowish tinges as well as make other colors off from the original color of the item or person being videotaped.
